We're going to be blogging (irregular though we are!) here on our site from now on.
Bakery and home have kept us busy in these last few months, but the weather is certainly turning autumnal now, so there will be more time for indoor pursuits such as blogging.
The old blog is still available and has loads of useful stuff, including hot cross bun recipe, Desired Dough Temperature calculations, and the Steamie Rocket Oven Intro.
